I would like to add my name to the ever growing list of satisfied Park Crest customers. From our first contact, Chasity and the entire staff made me feel like I was their most important customer and that my wife's 50th birthday celebration was at the top of their list. People only get one 50th birthday and Park Crest helped me make hers perfect. A week later people were still talking about how great the party was. Chasity was readily available and returned phone calls and emails promptly. She worked with our band, met with our caterer and made sure everything ran smoothly. The facility is beautiful and the bathrooms were clean and well stocked. She was on hand the entire evening and had no problem getting behind the bar too help out when the bartender got busy. Chasity is a great example of what an event manager should be: She doesn't hire people to do work for her, she hires them to help her do it. Following her lead, the staff was ready and eager to help. Bill and I just want to Thank You personally and say your facility and services were heads and shoulders above anything we have ever experienced at a Wedding. From our first meeting we felt so comfortable and at ease that everything that needed to be done would be handled in a professional and personal way. The Garden was beautiful and groomed to perfection and the reception area was Ideal. The additional details that you added were greatly appreciated.
One of the greatest advantages was that the ceremony and reception were hosted in the same place. Your willingness to allow us to add little things like an Arbor to the Garden and cater our own food was something we could not find anywhere else. And the addition of the Bentley was priceless.
Be assured if anyone we know in the future is planning a Wedding, we will guide them to you and tell them they can do no better than Park Crest Facility.

Thank you so much for making the wedding reception for our daughter so much fun! We loved all the possibilities the different rooms offered. We had guests who were comfortable the entire reception in the “eating room” at the tables a little away from the music. We had guests who wanted to be close to the music and the fun but not dance and they loved the bar room. But I have to say the dance room was my favorite. The kids under 25 and the kids over 50 all had so much fun. You were so easy to work with and provided all the information we needed to make the day run smoothly and beautifully. I really don’t think I would have changed a thing. I could tell the caterer was supplied with everything he needed and all the space to serve the food as well as the cakes. I loved that we were able to have the main entry room with much of the food but also to have a carving station in the eating room and the grooms cake in the bar room.
I will definitely keep your place on my speed dial for future events.
